Finna Traditional Cake Mix, Chocolate – 450g

You will need:

3/4 teacup of milk (150ml);

2 tablespoons of margarine (40g);

3 eggs.

Before you start:

Preheat the oven (180°C) for 10 minutes;

Grease and flour the pan with margarine and wheat flour.

Baking instructions:

Add the pack content to the milk, margarine and eggs;

Stir it using an electric mixer for 5 minutes at high speed, or manually for 7 minutes, until the batter is homogeneous;

Pour the batter in the greased and floured pan and put it in the oven;

Bake it at 180°C, observing the time recommended for the type of pan;

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and remove it from the pan.

Do not open the oven before 30-minute baking time.

Select a pan:

Rectangular, 22×33cm: 35 to 45 minutes;

Round, 24cm: 35 to 45 minutes;

Round, with center hole, 22 to 24cm: 40 to 50 minutes.
